At FTX Performance, our group training classes are built to help you get stronger, move better, and see real progress. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, the focus is on strength training. Each class centers around one main compound lift; like a squat, deadlift, or press, targeting either the upper or lower body. We use progressive overload and repeat each lift every 14 to 21 days to track progress and build consistent strength.
After the main lift, we move into a few supplemental exercises that support and strengthen the same muscle groups. We finish each session with a high intensity circuit designed to challenge the muscles used in the workout, improving both endurance and performance. With a maximum of 8 people per class, our coaches are able to give personal attention, correct form, and keep you progressing safely.
To round out the week, Wednesdays and Saturdays focus on full body, high intensity training to boost conditioning and athletic performance. Sundays are dedicated to HYROX training combining running, functional movements, and strength work for a complete challenge. No matter your goal, our classes offer a smart, supportive, and effective way to train.
